About Stawi
Stawi is the technology brand of Stawi Labs Limited, a technology company that develops, owns and operates digital products, software platforms and online services for individuals and businesses.
A product company that builds and runs its own platforms.
Stawi is not a software development agency. It develops and operates its own digital platforms, and provides technology services to businesses alongside them. The long-term strategy is a portfolio of scalable digital products with recurring revenue from subscriptions, software services, commerce and transaction-related activity.

Stawi Labs Limited intends to use payment processing services to collect payments for its own digital products and services and, subject to separate approval, eligible marketplace transactions. It also intends to use supported payout services for legitimate business-related partner commissions and other approved payments.
Stawi Labs Limited operates as a technology and digital commerce business and does not represent itself as a bank or deposit-taking institution.
Four distinct flows of money.
Each flow has a different counterparty and a different compliance status. They are never mixed.
Job Alerts subscriptions, website development, hosting and maintenance. Direct sales by Stawi.
Customer buys from a participating seller. Stawi may earn a commission. Requires payment-partner approval of the marketplace model and each seller before any payment is processed.
A business expense. Stawi pays approved partners a commission on qualifying revenue they generated. Not a refund, deposit or seller settlement.
Individuals or groups interact with self-custodial infrastructure. Kept entirely separate from current commercial payment flows until appropriately approved.
