Sales & Marketing Executive
About the Role
Stawi isn’t just about farming; it’s about market access. As our Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring that the high-quality produce (Cashews, Honey) from our farmers finds premium markets. You will build the “Stawi Product” brand, manage B2B distributor relationships, and drive revenue growth that flows back to the community.
What You’ll Do
- Market Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies for Stawi’s processed goods in local supermarkets and export channels.
- Brand Management: Oversee the packaging, branding, and positioning of Stawi Honey and Cashews.
- Distributor Relations: Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and export partners.
- Sales Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets to ensure financial sustainability for the organization and farmers.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
What You’ll Need
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Commerce.
- Proven track record in FMCG sales, preferably in the food & beverage sector.
- Strong negotiation and networking skills.
- Understanding of export requirements and procedures is highly desirable.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales metrics.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Existing network of contacts in the Tanzanian retail sector.
