Digital Marketplace
A marketplace where independent businesses sell physical products online, built and operated by Stawi. Businesses list and fulfil. Stawi provides the platform.
Illustrative listings. Sellers and products shown are examples.
What you will find, and how buying works.
What customers can find
Physical products from participating businesses: food and grocery, household goods, fashion, electronics, crafts and more, organised by category with photos, descriptions, prices and the seller's name.
How purchasing will work
Add products to a cart, check out with your delivery details, receive an order confirmation and track the order through to delivery. Each listing shows who the seller is before you buy.
Support, refunds and returns
Sellers handle first-line support, returns and refunds for their products. Stawi provides marketplace support and mediates if a seller does not resolve a problem within the stated time.
Stawi's products versus marketplace products.
This distinction is central to how the marketplace works, and it is reflected in our policies and customer experience.
Stawi's own products and services
Job Alerts subscriptions, website development, hosting and care plans. Sold and delivered by Stawi Labs Limited. Payment is collected by Stawi for its own services.
- Stawi is the seller
- Stawi provides the service and support
- Covered by the Terms of Service and Refund Policy
Products from participating businesses
Physical goods listed on the marketplace by independent sellers. The seller owns the stock, sets the price, accepts the order, fulfils it and handles returns, subject to the Marketplace Terms.
- The participating business is the seller
- The seller fulfils and supports the order
- Stawi operates the platform and may mediate disputes

How businesses participate.
Any legitimate business selling permitted physical products can apply to become a seller. Registration, verification and listing standards are explained on the seller page.
Payment arrangements and approval
Stawi does not process marketplace transactions through its ordinary merchant account. Our payment partner's merchant agreement requires marketplace operators to disclose participating sellers and obtain prior written approval for each one before they can transact. Stawi will enable marketplace payments only under an approved arrangement, and does not hold funds on sellers' behalf unless a lawful contractual arrangement is in place.
What "available for browsing" and "live for payments" mean
The marketplace may open for browsing and seller onboarding before payment processing is approved. Live checkout is a separate milestone that depends on payment-partner approval of the marketplace model and of each seller. We will state clearly on the marketplace which stage applies.
