    Every alert links to the employer's application route. You apply directly; Stawi is not involved in the hiring decision.

Renewal. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Cancellation. Cancel from your account settings or by emailing support at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Refunds. Refunds are available if alerts could not be delivered because of a fault on our side. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Read the policy.

Payments for Job Alerts are collected by Stawi Labs Limited for its own service. Card and mobile money details are entered on our payment provider's hosted checkout and are never stored by Stawi. Subscriptions are governed by the Terms of Service.

Is Stawi an employer or a recruitment agency?
No. Stawi operates a job discovery and notification service. We collect and organise employment opportunities and send you the ones that match your preferences. We do not hire on behalf of employers, place candidates or charge employers to shortlist you.
Does subscribing guarantee me a job or an interview?
No. A subscription gives you timely, relevant job notifications. Applications, interviews and hiring decisions are entirely between you and the employer.
What is free and what is paid?
Browsing public listings and the weekly digest are free. Paid plans add daily alerts matched to your saved searches, more filters, early access to new listings and priority support.
How do I pay?
Payment is collected by Stawi through a hosted checkout page provided by our payment provider. Card and mobile money details are entered on the provider’s secure page and are never stored by Stawi.
Do paid plans renew automatically?
Yes. Monthly and annual plans renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will receive a reminder before an annual renewal.
How do I cancel?
Cancel from your account settings or by emailing support. Cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Can I get a refund?
If we failed to deliver alerts because of a fault on our side, we will refund the affected period. Change-of-mind refunds for a partially used period are not normally available. Full details are in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Where do the jobs come from?
Listings are gathered from employers, public job boards and announcements. We check listings for obvious signs of fraud, but you should never pay anyone to apply for a job and should report suspicious listings to us.
