1. Human Resources Manager

Location: Headquarters (Dar es Salaam)
Role: Lead our talent strategy, foster a culture of growth, and ensure compliance with labor laws. You will be responsible for recruitment, performance management, and employee wellbeing. Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management.
  • Strong knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws.

2. Programmes Manager

Location: Field HQ (Lindi/Mtwara)
Role: Oversee the execution of our Cashewnut and Beekeeping initiatives. You will coordinate between field officers, partners, and HQ to ensure targets are met. Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Project Management, Development Studies, or Agriculture.
  • 7+ years managing large-scale agricultural or development projects.
  • Experience with donor reporting and budget management.

3. Senior Agronomist

Location: Field (Coastal Region)
Role: Provide technical expertise on cashew farming. Design training curriculums for farmers and monitor crop health. Requirements:

  • Degree in Agronomy or Agriculture.
  • Expert knowledge of cashew nut value chains.
  • Experience in extension services.

4. Apiculture (Bee) Expert

Location: Field (Coastal Region)
Role: Lead our beekeeping program. Train farmers on modern hive management, colony health, and honey harvesting. Requirements:

  • Certified Beekeeper or degree in Entomology/Agriculture.
  • 3+ years practical beekeeping experience.
  • Passion for biodiversity conservation.

5. Manufacturing Plant Operator

Location: Processing Facility
Role: Operate and maintain processing machinery for cashew and honey lines. Ensure quality control and safety standards. Requirements:

  • Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Food Processing.
  • Experience with food processing machinery (HACCP knowledge is a plus).

6. Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: Headquarters
Role: Drive sales of our processed products (Stawi Honey, Cashews) in local and international markets. Manage distributor relationships. Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Proven track record in FMCG sales.
  • Export market knowledge is highly desirable.

7. Farmer Relations Manager

Location: Field HQ
Role: act as the bridge between Stawi and our farmer network. Manage the cooperative structures, handle grievances, and ensure transparent communication. Requirements:

  • Background in Community Development or Social Work.
  • Fluent in Swahili (and local dialects preferable).
  • High emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills.

8. Finance Manager

Location: Headquarters
Role: Oversee financial planning, reporting, and investment management. Ensure transparency in farmer payments and investor tracking. Requirements:

  • CPA(T) / ACCA certified.
  • 5+ years in financial management.
  • Experience with agricultural finance or audit firms.

9. Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator

Location: Processing Facility
Role: Manage the flow of raw materials from farm to factory and finished goods to market. Optimize transport and warehousing. Requirements:

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management.
  • Experience in agricultural logistics.

10. IT & Systems Administrator

Location: Headquarters
Role: Manage the Stawi Portal infrastructure, digital payments systems, and internal IT security. Requirements:

  • Expertise in cloud infrastructure and secure data management.
  • Experience supporting digital financial services.
