Role: act as the bridge between Stawi and our farmer network. Manage the cooperative structures, handle grievances, and ensure transparent communication.

Requirements:

• Background in Community Development or Social Work.
• Fluent in Swahili (and local dialects preferable).
• High emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills.
