People looking for work
Graduates, people between jobs, and anyone quietly looking for the next role. The first step is knowing the opening exists.
The journey
One journey, walked together.
We build different products, but they are chapters of the same story. Wherever someone is starting from, there is a next step, and we want to be useful at each one.
It starts with work
A job changes what a person can plan for.
For many people the first step is simply hearing about the right opening in time. We gather opportunities and send people the ones that fit them, so that looking for work takes less of the day and lands more often.
Then something of your own
Every business deserves to be found.
A workshop, a stall, a clinic, a shop. When a business can be found online, customers come from further than the people who walk past. We build and look after the website so the owner can stay focused on the work.
Then more customers
Good products should travel further than the market gate.
We are building a marketplace where participating businesses list what they make and sell to customers they could not reach before, while they stay in charge of their products, their prices and their deliveries.
And growing with others
Nobody grows alone.
People who bring others to Stawi share in what they help create. And for the groups who already save and lend together, we are building tools that keep the rules fair, the records clear and the money in the members' own hands.
